Apple soup

This unusual soup has a delicate texture, sweet and sour taste, very nutritious and healthy.

For 4 servings you will need:

• Chicken breast – 300 g
• Potatoes https://greenelly.com/ – 4 pcs.
• Carrots – 1 pc.
• Onion – 1 pc.Apple soup
• Large sweet and sour apple – 1 pc.
• Celery stalk – 1 pc.
• Apple juice – 200 ml
• Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
• Salt, pepper, herbs – to taste
• Water – 800 ml

Cut the chicken breast into cubes, boil in salted water, add chopped potatoes.
Sauté onions, carrots and celery in vegetable oil.
Add the diced apple and sautéed vegetables to the broth, and pour in the apple juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook until done. Before serving, decorate with herbs.
