Dough for pies with kefir and soda

To make kefir pies very fluffy, we use a secret. First, grind the sifted flour with softened butter. In a separate bowl, beat the egg, add kefir, salt, sugar and vegetable oil. When the dough is almost ready, roll it out with a rolling pin and sprinkle with soda, fold the dough in half and roll out again, sprinkle with soda again. We repeat the manipulation of the dough once again, sprinkling it with soda, then crumple it into a ball, place it in a plastic bag and leave it on the table for 30 minutes. After half an hour, you can form the pies.

The pies can be fried in vegetable oil or baked in the oven. They turn out very lush and do not fall off.
