Fish fillet with spinach and herbs baked in pita bread

Ingredients:

Fillet of any sea fish https://greenelly.com/ – 500 g
Lavash – 1 pc.
Spinach, greens – 200 g
Hard cheese – 100 gFish fillet with spinach and herbs baked in pita bread
Salt, pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.

Salt and pepper the fish fillet. Chop the spinach and mix with grated cheese. Lubricate the pita bread with sunflower oil, place the fish on it and top with a mixture of spinach and cheese. Roll it up. Wrap the roll in foil. Bake in the oven at 190°C for 40 minutes.
