Cabbage stewed with sausages and mushrooms

For 4 servings you need:

White cabbage – 500 gr.
Carrots – 1 pc.
Onion – 1 pc.
Champignons – 150 gr.
Sausages – 150 gr.Cabbage stewed with sausages and mushrooms
Tomato paste – 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Water – 100 ml.
Salt, spices – to taste

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and turn on the “frying” mode for 15 minutes. Add the chopped mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes, then add the diced onion and fry for another 2 minutes, add the grated carrots and continue to fry for another 3 minutes. At the final stage of frying, add sausages cut into rings; frying will continue for 5 minutes. Shred the cabbage and place it in a multicooker container along with tomato paste and water. Salt and pepper. Set the “quenching” mode for 25 minutes.
