Fried flounder breaded with oatmeal


Flounder – 800 g
Flour – 4 tbsp. l.
Egg – 2 pcs.
Oat flakes – 100 gFried flounder breaded with oatmeal
Salt, pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil

Wash the flounder, gut it, cut it into fillets. Cut into pieces, salt and pepper. Bread the fish pieces in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in oatmeal.

Fry in a well-heated frying pan in vegetable oil until cooked. Remove any remaining fat with a paper towel and garnish with herbs when serving.
